We only ask for the details we need to get you on the mat, and we never sell them.
Information we collect
When you request a free trial class or contact us, we collect the name, email address, phone number, preferred academy and program you submit. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data (pages visited, device type) to understand how the site is used.
We also record campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers, such as UTMs, Google click IDs and Meta click IDs, with your request to understand which ads lead to inquiries. Campaign information is kept in browser session storage and submitted with the form. Referring URLs are reduced to their origin, and landing URLs exclude query strings. We do not include your contact details in advertising conversion events.
How we use it
Your details are used to schedule your class, follow up about your visit, answer your questions and share academy news such as schedule changes or events. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Who can see it
Only Everyone Jiu Jitsu staff and the service providers that host our website and membership software can access your information, and only to provide those services.
Service providers supporting inquiry delivery and advertising measurement include Zapier, Spark, Google and Meta. You can request deletion of your saved inquiry and associated campaign information using the contact details below.
Children's information
Enrolment details for students under 18 are submitted by a parent or legal guardian and are used solely for class registration, safety and communication with that parent or guardian.
Your choices
