Ages 10–15 | Everyone Jiu Jitsu programs

Juniors & Teens BJJ

Juniors and Teens BJJ gives students ages 10 to 15 a place to learn technique, work with teammates and practice showing up for themselves.

About the program

Growing up brings new challenges.

Between school, friendships and everything else changing at this age, it helps to have an activity that asks for your full attention. On the mats, students can concentrate on a skill and keep working at it.

Our juniors and teens learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through guided partner training, movement and technical practice. The group gives them a chance to be active while learning to cooperate and respect others.

Not every teenager wants to compete. Some come because they enjoy the sport, want a new challenge or simply like the people they train with. There is room for different starting points.

What students practice

A place to keep learning and belong.

01

02

Responsibility with partners

Control and safety matter in every round, regardless of experience.

03

Handling setbacks

Learning involves mistakes, corrections and the choice to try once more.
