Kids Jiu Jitsu · Cooper City, Florida
Age-based Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for children and teens from age 3 through 15 at EVR1 Cooper City. Beginners are welcome, and every student starts in the group that fits their age and stage.

How the program works
EVR1 Cooper City separates youth training by age so younger children, school-age students and teens can learn at an appropriate pace instead of being placed into one oversized mixed group.
Classes focus on listening, movement, technique, partner work and steady skill development. A child does not need previous martial arts experience to begin.

Program options
Ages 3–4
Their very first mat time. Gross motor skills, listening, sharing and confidence — all wrapped in games our youngest students never want to end.
Ages 5–6
Real technique starts here. Balance, coordination and focus grow fast, giving your child the tools they need for school — and for life.
Ages 7–9
Builds the confidence and street smarts that stay with your child for life, while teaching proper technique and real self-protection — all while having a blast.
Ages 10–15
The ultimate alternative to screen time. Teens get active and engaged, build real confidence, and make friends who push them forward.
