Ages 5–6 | Everyone Jiu Jitsu programs

Mini Champs BJJ

Mini Champs helps children ages 5 to 6 start learning Jiu-Jitsu techniques while practicing focus, movement and working with a partner.

About the program

A little more structure, a lot of encouragement.

Around this age, children are often ready for more specific instructions. They may still need reminders, but they can begin putting movements together and trying a technique more than once.

Mini Champs introduces the early building blocks of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a class designed for their age. Coaches guide students through movement and partner work in manageable steps.

A child who needs extra time to learn is not falling behind. Repeating a movement, listening to a correction and trying again are all part of learning.
