Ages 3–4 | Everyone Jiu Jitsu programs
Tiny Champs is a gentle introduction to Jiu-Jitsu for children ages 3 to 4. The focus is on movement, listening and getting comfortable learning with a group.
About the program
For a child this young, learning a new activity is a big moment. The room is different, the movements are unfamiliar and there are new people to meet.
Tiny Champs gives children a chance to explore the mats through simple movement activities and games. They can work on balance, coordination and following the coach while enjoying time with other children.
There is no expectation that a three-year-old will learn at the same pace as another child. What matters is becoming comfortable, taking part and starting to understand how a class works.

What students practice
01
Rolling, balancing and changing direction help young students get familiar with their bodies.
02
Children practice following simple instructions and giving classmates their turn.
03
The goal is to help children feel welcome and ready to participate, even if they need time to settle in.
Getting started
Your child will join the age-appropriate group with the coach leading the activities. Some children jump right in. Others prefer to watch for a moment before trying.
